Quick rack for 340

Hi

I am currently building a 340 stage rally car. I have searched for a quick rack for the steering but cant find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find one, or know of a quick rack for another car that can be moddified & used?

can't say i've ever seen one - the pas racks *may* have been tigher but from driving my pas car i would say probably not.. at a guess you might bodge a 240 rack to fit but i wouldnt put any money on it.

tried a 240 rack already, also tried a MK2 Escort rack, Sunbeam rack & a Corolla Twin Cam Coupe rack but no use.

what about the rack from a 440? might work as its from the same factory.. same goes for a 66

Cant help with the rack, i'm just beeing nosey...What sort of spec are you building the 340 to? As its a 340 would you be doing Enduro events?

well the 1 i have is a works talbot sunbeam 1 !! its from a lhd sunbeam with some mods it goes in !! dont ask me what the mods are tho as i didn t do them some1 else fitted it!!
