Still need to know how the coilover kit will be fitting to the rear of the car? i.e. link points etc etc as there is no way you can get a bolt-on kit made, turrets would need strengthening and chassis would need some plates etc. info pleeeeaaasssee :)

if you need coil overs then it is likely that you will be driving in a fashion that it is more "aggressive" than normal, in which case I don't recommend fitting them without major strengthening. Just my opinion of course..... but standard 300 rear mounting points will tear eventually as they were only designed for damping force not full weight of the car and associated spring force.

I'll second that - the arches are not structural - you bolt coilovers in there without reinforcement and bad things will eventually happen to your car, and very possibly to you too

Unless You go mad with spring rates coilovers will be o.k
I'm not saying reinforcement of these areas is not neccesary if You "track" the car or "drive it like You stole it!..

There's another way to drive it?

But seriously, having a coilover punch it's way through your rear arch whilst on the motorway is not a risk I'd ever be wiling to take

If you aren't going to drive the car harder or expect better performance then why would you buy £600+ worth of coilovers?? either way, I'm still interested to see what geometry is going to be like for the rears. - don't suppose I'd get the fronts free if I donated my struts for the development?

Even if they phydsically fit Kaos, the 360 mounts are ment to be permanently in tension, not compression, so doubt they'd do the required damping!
