Hello all.

Iam planning to modify my slightly tuned 340 cvt to a 5 gear stickshifter.
Because of the high revs and fuel econemy on the freeway.

I like a bit more sporty revs and a bit quicker gearshifts.
So ive had that heavy flywheel grinded off.
It weight at first was 14 kg.

And the weight now is about 9 kg´s.

It hase been balanced togeter with the pressure plate.

And iam very eager to find out what it does.

it's gonna let the engine rev more freely and give the car more sting cause theres less power used to spin the flywheel, but might have less torque... at least thats how i understand it

*In general* I think there's very little point in lightening flywheels for 6000rpm redline cars...except on Volvos, which always have stoooopid heavy flywheels. Good job well done!

cheers
