no they dont dude.OapEM wrote:Mini PCD will fit dude. JDM Watanabe splits sounded better though You sorted some?
New mini is 4x100.
Classic mini is like 4x98 or something isnt it?
which brings us back to Wobble Bolts.......................................................
Re: another whhel question
Aye. 101.8mm IIRC. Not really a job for wobble bolts IMO. They should fit the 300 hubs with a tad persuasion and if the CB is correct/spigot rings are used I see no issue.
I'm yet to fit wheels with a slightly larger PCD but have been assured/read countless times that it works. There's a lad running Mini PCD Superlites on his Nova (4x100) and he had no issues dude. This very car.
Maybe there's more to it than that though lol. Austin who built that saloon /\ is the type of guy that never goes into detail and just bangs up several pics, standard car, stripped shell, finished car with many awesome bespoke touches.
Got my own to fit when I CBA so i'll soon know. Gonna try the Wellers on my mates Mini too.
Even if wobble bolts are needed then it's still a cheap/safe/easy way to rock classic Mini PCD rims.
(Sorry for hosting this car here but that thing is porn lol)

Re: another whhel question
The great pcd debate continues then dude.
Everyone seems to be coming at this one from a different angle.
Some folk say aye no bother, bang them on. honest, mine are fine, never had any bother, and im a rally driver.
Others stand bye the Waaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh! no way!, dont do it, my mate did and all his wheels fell off at the same time and now hes dead principle.
Personal choice then I suppose.
*disapears to ebay to look at mini fitment superlites...............*

Supports both sides of the argument. Steels seem more accepting of being forced onto a slightly incorrect hub though lol

Re: another whhel question
lol I have no sympathy for 4x100/4x108 wheel seekers.
My Nissan is 4x114.3 and I know how hard it is to get a decent (large) rim in an obscure PCD!
I'll back up my bullshit above when I fit the wheels to the car and don't die in a fireball

Re: another whhel question
If thw wheels have the standard 60degree taper on the bolt holes then they need wobble nuts to be as safe as possible. Otherwise the torque you use doing up the wheel nuts is incorrect if the nut is not correctly seated.
