To expand a bit on that, the 400 series had the same carb'd 1.7 as the 340, but called it the B18K (in the 340, the engine code is B172K). They also made a higher power version called the B18KP with something like 93 instead of 85bhp. The only differences were a hotter cam, and rejetting the carb... with possibly a change in ignition map.
The biggest problem with swapping cams is fuelling for the change, Ali swapped his cam to a hotter one and made less power on successive dyno plots. The fuelling problem is solved for you with the B18KP, all the values are there. Problem is finding one, they really arn't common. The cam is shared though with B18F (lambda injection 400series models, though not the super common B18U) then drill out the jets on a spare carb. Ignition I'd solve by grabbing the renix out of the same B18F you get the cam from.
Should be 10%+ increase from an afternoons work, as opposed to loosing power and drivability from an unknown cam.

Re: uprated cams
oh i think i understand
well im putting webber carbs on my 1.7 340 which has 2 litre pinto jets in
so basically i would need cam out of a B18F or B18KP engine?
is there anything else that is needed?

Re: uprated cams
Quite probably the renix so that you have a vaguely close ignition map.
And then about 3 hours with a *good* carb tuner, as the jets from a 2litre pinto I'd imagine will be miles out
