A couple of technical questions

Post by Eurodancer » 11 Feb 2005 07:36 pm

Hello.
My 360 GLT is a bit shabby, it needs some work, and I have some questions:

1. What kinds of bodykits are available? Any dealers in Norway/Scandinavia deliver them?

2. I can't seem to get the fog lights working, is there any known problem with those?

3. Is there possible to get a drawing over the exhaust-pipes? And what can I do to keep the pipes away from smashing into the car-bottom?

4. The heater controller has broken( the one that controls if I want heat on feat or windows), the wire has snapped, how can I fix it?

5. Can't get the seat-heater to work, should I change the wiring?

6. Having problems with the speedoes, can I replace the whole meassuring panel, how if possible?

7. At last, the rubber-membran around the gear-shifter has popped, the noice from the engine fills the cockpit, any ideas?

(I'm not a genoius on cars, or in english, please be gentle )

Hi Eurodancer

I suggest you get hold of a Haynes manual for the car - this will have most of the info you need. It will be in english but you seem to be able to cope with that and the manual has lots of photos and diagrams to help. Try amazon for a used one eg:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/tg/ ... 95-6713424

Some sellers are happy to deliver abroad

Don`t worry to much about not being a genius with cars - like most of us, you`ll pick it up as you go along.

Will
