depends an lot on your budget, many stainless exhaust fabricators will make anything you want (Size and amount of noise) or if you get lucky you can buy a bike can for £5 + some more for an adapter.
its the only silencer on the car and its very quiet. Not very subtle tho :D but you can mount it how you like

Need to get myself a pipe from the downpipe and a new box. Stainless steel would be great but I can't find anywhere local enough that'll do it for under £300.

Standard exhaust, but with an original Volvo chrome tail pipe extension:

Adds 100bhp. At least ;-)

Cheers guys, I did have a side exit but it carthes on everythin coz my 340 was too low lol... so put originnal back on and its crap. No sound at all .. farts have more depth than this lol...
im goin to look for a bike box because that looks sweet as. But i have to admit that last design... straight pipe looked good too. Maybe not out at the angle like that but something simular.
thanks guys

im sure the angle isnt to everyones taste but sending the noise against buildings is nuts lol pedestrians in london certainly know your there!!
to anyone considering doing what ive done,if you have the swedes suspension, you can go under the axle with no problems if its done right like mine!
mines on a 2 inch drop on 15's and 4 up i still dont ever ground it!
but i will say a stainless steel one like mine sounds really escort mk 1 rally
