God im tired.
spent the whole day cleaning out all the mud/cow shit from the arches, cleaning it/polishing it, giving it some new rims and straightening the front bumper, sanding down rust and spraying over and putting a mk3 GLT grill on.
seeing as the car belonged to a farmer its absolutely covered in mud and shit, insides another story; hay galore.
But had good chat with the previous two owners in one day ha.
the old geezer i just got it off has always had 300's off my dad for the last 10-15 years and he was telling me hes still got 3 or 4 sitting in a barn on his farm and said when i get my license to come up and have a look at them, he lives about 30-40 miles away from me.
The guy who owned it before him is my dads best friend and it was a minter when he got it, some one traded it in for a focus at a garage a few miles down from me and sold it to my dads best mate for 500 bout 5 years ago.
PIcs to follow in a sec!!

Kessys staying, will still be my first car. And ruf will be my work horse.
I'll get my own insurance on kessy and be on my dads trade insurance(which luckily wont cost me anythin) with ruf and just use it for work.
And then when then mot comes up in august I'll put it in and see what happens from there.
If it fails I'll try and beg my dad to let me have it in the unit and if passes will still be the work horse

Also when I was younger I had two minis, one being a clubman and the other I hade for grass tracking and also as you may know I had a saxo vtr

AGH! theres no "un-amused" smiley. Mate thats awesome, I would have killed to own some of those when I was younger (no saxo though "shudders"). I was on my dads insurance for his defender when I passed my test, treated it as my own (guess you could call that my first car). Loved that thing to bits! Alas, it drank too much fuel! 1 year at uni and I was bored, so bought my volvo :D
