Yeah, it looks tight.

Did you buy the Mocal kit (if so...specs?), or was it pulled from the 16v? It's something I keep meaning to thrash out, but I'm lazy...:)

cheers

Timing belt seem to get bit too edge?

If I just would remember what was the trick to adjust position of where it settles into, I'm sure I did read it somwhere and it was possible to adjust that, but can't remember if there was needed to replace some part or was it possible to just adjust tensioner or something?

When it is starting to get off from wheel it is not good, causes extra stress to belt and it can jump off, at least that is what some big boys used to scare me.

Car looks very nice, you doing any shows with it before selling?

First what comes to my mind is that cam pulley does not line up with others, if that is case there could be possibility to use some small shim with it?

If it runs on edge with other pulleys too, then I would suspect crank pulley as it has those guides and I believe it is possible to put them quite easily so that belt is too far outside.

It is just annoying job to check those out, my car has been soon almost year without bonnet and radiator attached as I have been working on that area, well saying that I have been working is perhaps going bit too far, more like car has waited so long to getting work done

Looking forward to see pics from show, I feel that there might be some awards to win with such nice car 340pw

Ahh...I just looked at Mocal's site. The distributors don't list Volvo fitment, but Mocal do...
