I'm jealous of the tank straps, me need too (as you can see from the pics). I can't make such neat bends or weld stainless, although I'd be happy to make from steel and paint. I have a good sheet metal fabricator locally so hopefully they will cut and bend so I can weld.
Do you make up any drawings of the straps?
Anyone making stuff please do drawings and share!

Might have to learn to make some stainless drive straps up...
At least I have a head-start with a plastic tank.

I use old strap to mark bending points and hole positions to stainless strip. Bendings i make: heating bending point with gas welding pipe then bend in vice with hands and hammer.
Weldings is normal mig-wire. If you know, stainless can weld with normal weldingwire. Joint corrodes, but stainless areas not.
