Hello Zack

Long time, no hear. I don't know the injection cars but I managed to cure my fuel delivery problems on a carb 360 without removing all those things but some unbolting does help a lot. If yours is a carb car it will just be an air lock or leaks in the hoses. I used a syringe to suck some petrol through at one point. Does the pump work.... Can check with petrol in a bottle, carefully.

Bests, bog.

Hello, Its easiest to unbolt the two brackets at the side of the gearbox and lower it down on a jack.

Yes! Using syringe, or maybe I can use the shampoo bottle cap "the pump" type, good idea man. A friend suggest to use air pressure to clear out the clogged nipple. It's better to do it this way, than bringing down the fuel tank. Thanks man.

Carburetted engines have all the important (supply and return) fuel lines on top of the tank, under the rear seat. You could look at that first, before removing the whole tank. Take out the fuel sender unit, and take a look inside. That should give you a good indication in what state the inside of the tank is. And you can clean the filter and lines at the same time.

Hello all, wow it's been a while.. for the past month..from the fuel delivery problem it was repaired..using a air pressure I blast the hose clean. But the fuel tank need to be cleaned, there a lot of dirt in it.
Ok guys, the progress of this car is, changed the water pump, timing belt, tensioner, belting, engine oil and filter, and I changed the oil seal too, camshaft and intermediate shaft.. the crankshaft oil seal, looks fine..no leaking. Now i'm working on the brakes. Ineed to change the master cylinder pump (I already taken in out) and the master servo pump, it's not original volvo, previous guy use toyota aisin servo and it's rusted in side. Ok guys, the issue here is, how to remove the servo, there are 4 screw I know. I managed to remove three, only one screw left, it's difficult to access, t's behind the brake pedal..any tips guys? Thanks

Good Morning, it's 7.28 am here..it should me midnight at UK and europe..so good evening..i removed the servo finally..the hole was too small for my wrench. The solution, a 12 T wrench..cut in half and make it longer by 10 cm, my own special tool. :D . I Replace the servo from scrappy..servis the brake, and now i'm working on the front brake..man my caliper piston wall is rusted in side. Hey Bogbasic and mac, are those piston the same size as 240's? I'm going to visit the scrappy again if it's not.. sm2

I beg your pardon CBA, but what rev counter you are referring to? By the way any members located in birmingham? My buddy going there for a week next week. I'd love to order some 360 parts..it's rare around here. :(
