woodoo.

I'll strip mine down as my ECU is a prima racing one also:D Upped rev limit is great! 8K is do able with the right asscosiated mods, but dont bounce it of th elimiter constantly as it doesnt like it much!

A 1.8 will sit there fine a 2.0 however doesnt want to unless bottom end has seen work.

Had an e-mail from Prima Racing this morning:
Hi,
we did this -29/8/97 it is chip with 8000 rev limit, and modified fuel and ignition.
Gives +10 bhp normally, plus the benefit of the raised rev limit. Ok with modified head/fast road cams-good for 200 bhp.
regards

i'd be happy with the extra 10bhp :)

I was amazed to. I expecting either no response or a delay then to be asked for the registration of the car, (which has been scrapped).

Lots of Renault toys. www.primaracing.com

Shame they seem to have a pretty impressive markup... NGK spark plugs.. set of 4, £34.50

Still, worth a look round, they do seem to have some cool shiney things!

Do you think that the cams are standard or not?

Its on tonights to-do list :)

I suspect they may have been changed tho, cant see any other reason why you would fit some nice shiney new pulleys and bolts to existing cams.

Will let you know tonight
