alright its rob im now the owner of this awsome car and a credit to ur work few things i just wana no is the gearbox and drive shafts still 1.4 or 1.7 ?
and the front discs you say are off a g60 golf anymore details cos i wana get some drilled and groved as i warped the fronts the other night

lol warped discs, Nicely done. The gearbox and shafts are the same for 1.4/1.7, only the diff is different.

discs are standard golf G60, you do need to redrill them to allow fitment on the 300's hub; and you do want to give this a lot of attention as wrong drilled holes can result in disc failure or a wheel that is very out of balance...

yeah racing a crx v-tec these about a 15 mile bit of road with loads of roundabouts on lol
ok ill probley take the old ones off and take them and the new ones to a machine shop

1.4 diff in it mate. Shafts box and diff all standard to the car so are indicated mileage as per speedo.
Disks are golf G60 they need boring and redrilling to fit the 340.
Glad your enjoying the car. She does go well.

ok thats kl yeah its gose well got to sort out a bad knocking noise from front right what suspension is up front ?

Some of dais springs and lip tech gas dampers. Knock is probably ARB bushings.Dai does a poly upgrade.

nice thread:) did you turn the original grill into badgeless? did ya just cut the clips of orrrrr...? im after a clear grill myself thats all :)
