Well, its been a while ah?

Been very bussy with the last project for getting my bachelor. 10 June I will graduated. So the 360 is not going very fast.. However, I want the 360 being perfect.

A mate bussy with the crappy sounddeadning

Sound deadning removal looks like the most rubbishest job ever.

Look forward to seeing this progress, seems as though you are doing sterling work already.

Will you be fitting the cage thru to the strut towers?????

Well worth the effort IMHO.

Good luck with the build, might even inspire me to finish ours, doubt it like but ya never know

Cage to strut towers should be nice, but thats not what I want to do with the bolt-in cage. Imo it should be a welded cage. Maybe I still go for a full welded cage, but it is a matter of money.. All the FIA-spec things are massive expensive. We will see :)

Ok.
If you go with bolt in worth plating bulkhead and brace from bulkhead plate to strut tower.

Take it you'll be on gravel???

Well, we dont have gravel rally's over here. So the carsetup will be based on tarmac.

Some rally's are partly off-road, but not in the sprint-championship I will be driving the first year(s).

Update time!

Car had damage, so a second hand front of a 340 had find a new place. Derusted it ofcourse.

Image

I wanted to remove the batteryholder, started to grind and found out a old leak made it all gone. Even a part of the chassis. Welded al new in place (No battery holder, batt is gonna take place in the interior)

Image

Image

Still figuring out how to place steeringcolum and cage underneath dash

Image

cage

Image

cage all fia spec.

Image

Rear reinforsement, for the coilovers and stiffness.

Image

Plates for seats. I want to sit low as possible, so this will be the best solution. Also fia spec.
Image

Building a nice head. Its gonna have a nice compressionratio.

Image

Old vs new (big) intakevalves.

Image

Solid lifters, ready for huge rpm....

See ya next time.
