Done a great job with that.

On the second pic, it looks like you have a little staining on the tank out of the overflow pipe, mine did that too.
The pipes were perished and brittle under the cloth outer (although looked fine) so i replaced them and it seems to have stopped now.

I can't see where that is Magnumpi... Mine also apparently suffers from that (the seller told me), I don't seem to have had a problem with it though!

Magnumpi,

I had exactly that problem! I'm running a swirl pot in the front and when both pumps are running and the engine isn't running there is a lot of fuel coming back to the tank. I think this is what forced the old return pipe to die - I had a waterfall of petrol flowing off the back of the tank!

If it wasn't for a passer by to tell me - I probably wouldn't have noticed until it was too late!

I think the back end needs to come down another half inch or so - I can see tread!

I'm also not too keen on the tank being on view, It definately needs something to bring the back end closer to the ground so I'm thinking of a hardcore diffuser - something to match the front splitter a bit.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys, really appreciate it!

One thing to mention - the front splitter is currently sat on the passenger seat. My sloped driveway wasn't keen on it it appears :'(

Dear laws of physics, I like my car very low, but also demand sensible ground clearence. Please can you alter your rules to make this possible.
Ben.

And almost every other v3mer.

Parked with my left wheels on a high kerb, and my right wheels on the road yesterday.
Mistake.
Kkkjkkkkkrrrrrrkkkkkkkkkkkrrrkkkkkhhhh!!!!!

Came the sound from the exhaust area during mounting and dismounting.
I daresnt look under there now.
Noticed it bottoms over speedbumbs now though.

Balls.

Car looks absolutley awesome andy. Very good work indeed man.

Again, thanks for your kind words!

I really do need to pull my finger out and get the polisher on it! I have to confess that since I got the car in November, it's been on the driveway exposed to the elements and I've not washed it once and it's still (almost) as bright as the day I got it - if not a little dusty!

Will dedicate a good few hours on getting the red very very red, and the back very very black asap!

Most valvers go for about 700 - 1200. This isn't quite a full-spec car, but it sure is nice to look at...So maybe in the middle?

Too bad it's a RHD. Otherwise id love to have it!
