D300 LBO my new 3 door 360GLT UD 4/8/10

Post by 340GLT » 10 Jul 2009 10:45 am

Well this car has been sat in my uncles garage for as long as i can remember, 12years to be precise and was bought by himself back then to turn into a rallly car. But that never happened. The car is fairly rot free although still needs a lot of work. The car will get all repairs doen and then a full respray. The car is also getting a B230FT for the fun of it. This will be a slow project as i have so much else going on. However as i picked it up last night i thought pictures were in order.

Oh i forgot to add my uncle put some fresh fuel in her and a repalcement fuel pump and she started and idles perfectly..... and drives.....

Looks like a sweet project, look forward to reading about its progress, you going to follow your uncles original idea of a rally car, or get it back to its original condition?

I dunno really original idea was to sell it until my mate took me out in his modded 940T and with his few mods it was awesome so i'm thinking i may end up keeping it but can i justify keeping 3 300's lol. I have even toyed with a B230FT in the grey car but dunno.

Those wheels do look awesome, i was allways tempted try bmw cross spokes but could never find any 15" ones.

Does anyone else think that the rear camber is more noticable on non lowered 300's then it is on lowered ones or is it just me?
