well i think i should up date this thread as not done it in a while anyway i picked up my engine of choice other day which showed me i need to be lower 3" just is not enough for me  and it just scrubbed on top af the arch with 185 55 15s on :D
Image
engine wise and this is a treat for just volvo mania i dont think anyone has put this engine into a 340 ever so it should be a laugh it was gunna be a rv8 but i got offered a better engine a 2.5 24v bmw lump with near enought 200hp standard and not far of same torque i think that should be interesting plus i got everything i will need, just need a cheap car hopefully another 340 anyway when me and my dad was taking it out the back of the car i chucked me phone to my little bro and said take a photo so he did
Image
but i guess you get the idea plus i while back i picked up a back axle from a manta so that should be all good and picked this little gem up ive just ordered a boss for it so that should be on soon woop
Image
any way i hope to start the Frankenstein volvo in the next 2 months and work my arse of to get it done and out drifting soon
:340: :340:

update time on mighty blue got a fair bit done this after noon removed dash, heater matrix, master cylinder and all pedals, also gone are the rear engine mounts and moved the wiring out of the way and will strip it out next and remove all unnecessary wiring also been researching good ways to secure the rear axle in place and been looking at resorting proper geometry to the lowered ride height the exciting bit is to come next watch this space and a little pic
