If it's a B230ET, pull the cylinder head! You'll need a 14mm 6-point deep socket. I'll tell you how to make a few quid sending it to the states...

Loads has happened in such a short time.

Adam-rear link bar

Why not try using a 240 front roll bar I've a quick look b4 at doing this and it looks like it will work(I have no petol tank so have a little more space). I would use the amazon link bars to the floor and clamp the arb to the axle what do you think?

Alfa rear dampers

What model alfa were they from? What was involved in fitting? Did the bushes fit?

I must consult my mate with the 244 in your part of the world Dai...he has all the 240 ARB knowledge on tap. I know some front bars are smaller than the big rear bars!

Are you on about a well known turbo fan from rhyl?
240 front arb's go from 17-23mm as standard age and model dependant. The variation of sizes changed mid 80's.
You realy do need to measure to be sure.

That's right...a certain Mr Ravennexus, who is registered here. You can get a 17mm front bar, and a 21mm rear bar. There are also 25mm R-Sport bars (IIRC), and iPd at least used to do 28mm bars....for both front and rear in both cases

mgarageu any more info on how you got the alfa shocks to fit??

Is there a comprehensive list somewhere of all the shocks from different cars that can be put onto 360s?

360 shockers are quite hard to obtain over hereee.

are 240 shocks not at all correcT?

KYB do rear dampers made for the 360. 553157 are the Gas-a-just monotube ones (which I've just fitted and cost about £20 each). 343090 are the Excel-G twin tube gas jobbies.

They also do 365065 for the front which are Excel G twin tube gas, whcih I'm planning to use sometime soon.

Rear shocks from Alfa Romeo Giulia should fit. Koni part numbers are 80-1781 and 80-1781Sport. At least that is what they replied from Wielhoven when I asked about shocks via email. Those are just a bit shorter than original shocks for 300-series but it shouldn't be a problem.

Does anyone make a kind of bolt on heavy duty shock absorber for a 360? All I can find to buy new here in Australia are the monroes, which are good, but the roads where I live are not... I don't want to have to modify too much, the supercharger is enough for now. I don't even think monroe even makes their sensatrac shock absorber to fit a 360. I seem to have a bit of trouble finding parts here  I'm about to start a custom body kit too! I'll post some pics when it's finished.
P.S. The supercharger is off a 3.4L turbo Volvo Penta diesel. It's on a cluch and workes niceley now I put two head gaskets on. I'm in a right hand drive so my steering column was in the way for the turbo I wanted. Damn!

Not off the shelf, sadly. In terms of solid build, Bilstein make the toughest stuff, but they don't make anything which is the correct fitment for a 300.
