Off Wheel Horniness advice.

Post by volvosneverdie » 13 Jun 2010 06:51 pm

Being as techical as a very un-technical thing, I am looking for a bit of advice.

Is moving horn function from the wheel to a dash mounted push switch as easy as Im imagining?

Anyone want to break it down into instructions that even a monkey could follow?

yes very well possible!

if you take the panel under the steering wheel (where choke and ignition switch is) you see a brown and a red wire coming from the steering hub; you can simply take these and rerout them to a switch

a switch with springed return is preffered for this though :D
