Removing steering rack ends- Which way do they turn?

Front axle, springs, shock absorbers, wheels, bearings, calipers, drums...

Removing steering rack ends- Which way do they turn?

Which way does this turn to undo,....i.e. when looking from the tire to the center of the car sm6 :360:

You mean the steering rod ball-joint? Turn it left while holding the nut on the back with a spanner (so turn the nut right)
