Doubt it in your car, its only the very old 340 shocks that are 'component' type, the rest are inserts. You can get new inserts from KYB depending on how much you want to spend. I used to buy Monroe Gasmatic but don't seem to get them anymore, have bought KYB monotube for the back but havn't assembled the suspension yet.
Watch out that newer nice stiff shocks will put more strain on the top spring plate and bush, make sure these are in good condition if you do change the shocks, and repaint the top spring plate at least.

If your car isn't stiff enough, it's not got enough spring.
Dampers damp, they do not (should not...) provide stiffness.

They don't.
You fit uprated dampers with uprated springs to prevent spring oscillation and your fillings dropping out when it shakes like a MOFO.
The clue is in the name Shock ABSORBER.

What you want is a matched set of springs and dampers but they are not cheap.
The spax springs are not stiff enough realy
