As i was stripping the brakes back i found out that all the pipes from the servo are shot
can you get these pipes re-built at a local more spares place, ive seen kits on ebay but not sure if thats a good idea haha

Yes, its pretty cheap. I'd suggest a brake pipe kit consisting of a flaring tool, pipe cutter, some nuts and copper(ish) piping.
You can get most garages to make them up aswell, but they need the original pipe or a measurement to go buy.
BTW there are no brake pipes 'from the servo', I presume you mean the master cylinder, or are you talking about the flexible hoses at the callipers?

Most engineering works have carried out such manufacture since the dawn of time, And at surprisingly cheap prices. Best to take the old one in its original shape to get a good copy, given that manufacturing of copper and steel pipe has increased over the last 4 decades you'll get better quality than OEM at an engineers. i'm lucky to have frank edwards less than a mile from me.

ye i saw the kits on ebay with a cutter,bender and flare tool
and yes sorry to the master cylinder then it goes down to a "junction" where it does the near side brake and goes of to the rear

It limits the amount of rear brake application so you don't pirouette off into the distance after locking up the rears.

Just be aware that the cheap kits on eBay are pretty useless. I had one that the flaring tool broke apart in my hands upon first use, and a mate had one where the flaring bits sheered off after a couple of uses. If you're going to get one buy a half decent brand.
Also, not passing it on as fact, but I have been told that the best pipe to buy is a copper-nickel mix and always have. Does the job anyway.

The copper nickel is very rigid and slow to corrode.
