It's explained pretty well in the haynes manual. Take off the grease cap, undo the hub bolt, remove all 6 bolts holding on the calliper, remove calliper, pull off hub assembly, pull out bearings from front and rear of hub, rear will need a screwdriver to punch it through from the front, insert new bearings with LOTS of fresh grease, bolt everything back together making sure hub slides ALL the way back into the housing.

Easy.

take the driveshaft off and remove most of the CV joint's grease thats left at the wheelside
undo the big nut that's beneath it and lower the car to the ground to get the wheelbolts loose
take the brake drum off and now it's flamethrower and pulley time.. use the pulley to pull the 6-bolt driveshaft flange off the mid axle where you undid the big nut

gently put tension on the flange with the pulley and apply heat with a torch to melt the Loctite that secures the wheelbearing. after a while the pulley should undo the driveshaft flange with ease. now you can remove the bearing shells etc. clean the whole lot and mount the new bearing. make sure you secure the outer and inner shell off the bearing again with Loctite 620 or 638!!!!

While we're on the subject, anybody know by heart the mm size of the front hub bolt? Need to go and replace some tools tomorrow and I'd rather not buy every single size between 20 and 25

My rears where not held on with any material atall (later one piece sealed bearing). You simply push the axle out with the puller, this destroys the bearing inner cage, and the outside track has to be ground off the axle carefully. The rest of the bearing has to be hammered out from the aluminium hub, and the new one installed using temperature difference (hub at 180C and bearing at -20C). Re-assembly is a one time operation so include the brake back plate with axle/wheel flange.
