so unsure?

Post by jamz » 11 Mar 2012 10:07 pm

i think im going to order 3inch blocks and 90mm spings. ive got landy shocks for rear but do you think 220lbs springs will make the front hard enough? or do i need the oil trick thing and is it easy to do on a 84 360gle mk2

and 90mm springs 220lbs and 3 inch blocks be an even ride hieght?

I had 200lbs springs on my mk1 fiesta, and i personally didnt think they were very good, still too soft, and the 300's are heavier, so in my opinion id think about 300 would be better, but thats just my opinion based on my times with the fiesta.

90mm is quite a drop, are you sure you wont be on the bumpstops? But 3inches is really the lowest the back can go on blocks, so order the 3 inch blocks, and if it sits down at the back, then simply chop as much as you need off the blocks to raise it back up :) Thomas....................
