On what purpose it is done like this?
I have stock shocks and adapted stiffer springs from MB190 but it still jumps like shit. Is it any help if I do shock stems like in the photo?

the short stem is to hold the spring in place. If done the same as the photo you would also need a spacer on top so that the nut will hold everything in place.
What you need is an uprated damper that is capable of controlling the spring
