Landrover shocks on rear ?

Post by EDY.340 » 16 Mar 2015 12:23 am

Hi, I have been told the landrover defender 90/110 front shocks fit the rear on a 340?

I was told you can pick them up cheap for about 20 pounds which I am not really bothered about but I was wondering weather there is much difference between the land rover shocks or the ones from swede as there is a big price difference. thanks!

Depends on what job they need to do. The ebay ones are said to be stiffer than the original landy shocks, and those are already way to stiff for a 300. If you want good handling and some comfort then its best to leave the landy shocks on ebay. If you want to drift and rattle your kidneys out then its the way to go! :D

Well I decided to get the land rover shocks for the rear then the front adjustable dampers from swede.
