Hi guys, I'm new here, but need some help. I have an 1989 340 1.7 and after some brake difficulties yesterday, it appears that I need some vacuum pipe and the little rubber seal where the vacuum pipe goes into the servo. Would anyone know where I can source these or the dimensions of them? I haven't gotten around to getting them off yet. I've tried the Volvo parts dealer, no luck there.
I hope someone can help!

Help with vacuum pipe/servo seal.

Re: Help with vacuum pipe/servo seal.
Hello, some vacuum pipe should be quite easy to get at a car spares shop and if you can take the rubber seal along, they could probably find the right one. It may just be that where the plastic junction goes through the rubber grommet, you might just need to clean it up a bit to make sure it makes an air-tight seal. I vaguely remember using a bit of silicone sealant in that area to get a decent vacuum seal.

Do you need another speaker, mate (?) or maybe your wiring's come a bit loose on one side.
