Tyre Choice...?

Post by TasMan » 12 Nov 2019 11:49 pm

Hi All,
I will need to replace the tyres on my 360 and I'm having a look round for tyre options.
Currently got 185/60 R14 H rated tyres fitted on the standard GLT alloys.

I was looking at Vredestein Sportrac 5s which seem well rated, along with Kumho and Uniroyal options.
(I only realised afterwards that Vredestein have a long history in the Netherlands, 2 hours from Born..... )

With the limited mainly dry mileage I will be doing I see no need to be going for premium level tyres.
Anyone have any tyre recommendations for a 360 ?

Always been impressed with the Uniroyal tyres I've had on various cars, doubt you'll go wrong with any of the options you suggested though - tyre tech has come a long way in 30 years :)

Thanks Steve.....Had Uniroyals about 20 years ago on an old Escort I had, they were good mid range tyres.
Think I will stick with my original plan and try out Vredesteins - I have had an indication of a possible set of Leo's available and am waiting on a reply. Will await the outcome of that before sticking new tyres on the original wheels. :)
