For 15" you could use 400 series ones. If you want 16 or 17's then you are going to have to look at vauxhalls etc for something.

If I remember rightly you're going 5 stud? Some of the later Volvo's came with bigger steels and the Peugeot 407 wheels (as in that pic) are the same fitment

5x108 isn't a good PCD. Renault made some 4x100 16" steelies IIRC, but that's not use for 5 stud.
Ford 5 stud is 108 too, maybe some massive steels on pov-spec mondeos etc?
If it were 5x114.3 I could 'obtain' some qashqai base model 16" steelies from work.

Fwd turbo Volvos are possible to get with 16" x6,5" steelies if those are with 305mm front brakes. Steels are mostly sold for winter tyres.

Edit: Also all S80 models require 16" wheels.

I remember seeing a picture of a Swedish Volvo with 19" steels. They were a bit out of proportion, so it didn't look right...

Forgot you were going 5 stud. In that case you can look at 5 stud vauxall and saab's for steel wheels as options

Those steelies in the pic were made out of XC90 spare wheels if I remember correctly.
