Re: Rear Brake Disc Conversion
Don't know about cable operated h/brake option.
But rally car runs V360 frt discs with iirc early Cooper S calipers.
I'll ask our kid at the weekend what yr they're from as he knows all the details if that's the way you want to go.

Re: Rear Brake Disc Conversion
Could use a dual activation caliper like on a 205 1.9, then you'd have the required mechanical handy-b. Or, possibly make a setup like a mk3 cavalier, where the rear disc has a friction surface on the INSIDE as well, with shoes etc running inside it. Sort of like a drum, with a massive fin around the outside for the caliper to bite on.

Re: Rear Brake Disc Conversion
Give me a couple of weeks and i can / will have a conversion kit to allow fitment of rear disks. My kit uses standard 340 cables so its a nice touch. Been on my car for over 2 years with no problems.

What size disc are you thinking about?
Need some to go under 13's if that's possible.
