Volvo wheel studs? i know they are m12x1.25 thread but havent measured the width of the splined area to see if thay are similar to ford (13.1mm / 14.1mm) or subaru (14.3mm). Anyone know where to get these or which ones people have used! Or just the width of the splined area of the volvo studs?
cheers

Was thinking something like that! So what size are the splined parts on the volvo studs? If anyone knows!

Hi Adam,
Didn't realise it was possible to change the wheel studs. Mine need to ideally be a bit longer, would using the Impreza ones increase the length? How are the studs actually mounted in the hub?

The hub has a hole and the stud has splines which are pulled tight into the hub a bit like a press fit. You can get different length impreza ones but like adam said you gotta drill the bubs to 14mm to suit the 14.3mm splined part of the impreza stud. You can get these studs from ebay.

Ok, cool. Found the studs.
What length are the original Volvo ones?
