a quick forum search would bring loads of info up mate.Tom bailey wrote:i have decided to go for some of dai's lowering blocks and springs however im not sure how low to go (340) i want it low enough to notice but not so low it isn't road legal and wont get over bumps, also will there anything extra i'll need bushes, etc. any help appreciated
There are MANY threads.
-2 in is comfortable. 2nd gear low revs for speedbumps. Avoid potholes, but hitting one is not the end of the world.
-3 is rather hardcore for a daily. Expect sump and gearbox, if not exhaust grounding too. Not only on bumps, but on dips and heavy loading too mate.
Depends what youre doing really.
I'd say -2in.
Most people are down that amount on here.
15in rims to fill the gaps. But 13s look good on a higher profile tyre.
Search magnumpis's ' praise the lowered ' thread.
Everythings legal, you dont need extra bushes..
