Can anyone tell me any easy way to remove the door decal, - the black plastic/stick on piece on all four door.

Hi Kelvin.
I have ddone it with a thin wallpaper scraper. Takes time and be carefull
not to scrape the paintwork.

I'd use a plastic ice scraper, much less chance of damaging the paint.

We used to use the plastic filler spreaders you get from paint suppliers to get the body mouldings off.

Spreaders, scrapers, credit card type things (with no raised letters) are all OK at the job, but nothing beats some strong fishing line and if in the case of something like a mk3 door moulding, a little heat to soften the glue IMO.

Yeah you'll have to heat it up with a heatgun/hairdryer and it will melt the glue sufficiently so that you can start to peel it away.
