Panel/Door swapping?

How similar are the doors on the 360 Hatch and Sedan, ie, could I use the rear doors from a '85 360 Hatch on my '88 360 Sedan?

Yep, they're the same doors on saloons/hatches

I'm not totaly sure but I think they are the same..
