Should I make huge hole and build boxed sections from scratch or maybe some other method is preferred way to fix that?
Sorry for spamming, this is tad urgent as I should have car on road on next week
What to cut here? (removing rust)
Re: What to cut here? (removing rust)
Thats exactly the same area I did with Fake a month or so ago Jani. I'm on mobile net atm so pictures fail but the way I did it will be in the last few posts in Fake's thread.
However... the odds of me doing it in some prior approved way seem slim

Was there even single common rust spot on Fake that were not rusted? My god, that one was one rusty 300Chris_C wrote:Thats exactly the same area I did with Fake a month or so ago Jani. I'm on mobile net atm so pictures fail but the way I did it will be in the last few posts in Fake's thread.

Thanks, I did watch the pics, just bit unsure about those boxes underside, one going left to right has perhaps 1/3rd of good metal, both ends rather rusty and other one running front to back is bit rusty from where two joins, so have to fix some underside, some upperside, making it in several parts is then the way to go.
That is quite annoying place to try to cut with angle grinder, there is always something on way, so I end up probably cutting lot of stuff that is on way
Compared to Fake, mine seem to be almost rust free
Too bad it is raining tomorrow according to forecast, would need to make some progress, but electric tools + water is not good combination in my hands
