Hey guys,
My low beams are on when I start the car, who knows how to turn these off?

No from memory Australian Market cars are hard wired for daytime running lights.

Re: Daytime Driving Lights
My mistake it is the parkers.
They're on when I turn the car on and the dial is on 0, 1 on the dial does nothing and 2 throws on the low beams.

I had that. Take the block connector out of the relay under the bonnet and clean up the terminals. If that doesn't help, do the same to all of the connectors in the drivers side footwell, under the carpet. Clean them give them a spray with electrical spray (don't really know what it does lol) but it worked on mine and have been fine since.
