Ok so thanks to much kindness by MCHUDD I'm soon to be in the possession of a new quaterlight :D My question to you fellas is how do I install the thing? Getting poly in was hard enough but I ended up damaging it. I'm going to make a guess that the first step is to take off the external window trim and rubbers. After that is it easy street?

It's roughly along the lines of.

1) Remove interior door trim
2) Peeling plastic sheet membrane
3) Unbolt or drill out rivet or whatever they used to hold the bit of window channel between the drop glass and the quarterlight.
4) Scratch head
5) Somehow put it back together the reversal of removal

Apparently the rubber strip goes right around the quarterlight glass.

Hehe, it's a variation on MP's method ;)

Trim off, sheet off, drop the main window out the door, drill out the rivot from the top of the door, undo big phillips screw next to door handle, knock out the black upright, pull out the old quarter light. Place rubber around the outside of the new glass, push it all back in as a unit, put everything else back where it should be.

I thought my method wasn't too bad considering I never done it and Haynes manual was quite vague about it.
