May have one of them in the stash actually, want me to check?
did you find one steve?
Have you followed the green book tests on the Renix? That way you'll know whether yours is ok

The Renix unit itself is very unlikely to have any intermittent faults, it's solid state and potted in resin. If it fails it's likely to be dead for good.

However, if you do the test and something is wrong, you have an answer. Worst case is you are where you are now. Seems a lame excuse not to spend 30mins with a multimeter. Same with the CPS and every other of the LE jet and renix sensors.

Went to leave work, it went about 50 metres and stopped. A saint of a work collegue brought me home,

I noticed the feul line from the filter to the rail was pulseing very strongly, I know its injection and there would be bursts, but it seemed very strong, is this correct?

It seems that leaveing it a few days it would then drive around, but then once you do about 50 miles in that time it gets much worse.

MAY have found the cause. I got to feul pump and wiggled the connectors, and the car slowly began to die. The length of time it took die was very familair, also when pushing the connector back it was the stalling I had had. What I am wondering is if anyone knows of the connector used, or has a spare one? I dont want to go ripping it all apart and damageing it more.

Also banged out an osillascope on the CPS, felt very pro :P

thank you

The new electric fuel pumps are supplied with ring connectors that fit under the rubber caps. If yours are the same they may just be loose and need the nut tightening, may also need cleaning.

its pushes under a yellow plastic cap, if have "crushed it to tighten it, but it also a little corroded. I would crimp a new one onto the loom
