I saw this on eBay a few weeks ago, and because it's so cheap, decided to buy it.

I just received it, and figured I have no clue. My 360 has central locking from the driver door, but would it be possible to install this Keyless entry system? It comes with the "Brain", and two keyrings. Obviously the trunk release wouldn't work, but hopefully hooking it all up to the doors and the lights would, right?
Thanks.

Installing a Keyless Entry System
1984 VOLVO 360 GLT HATCH Owner. First car. Aussie. Uncertain of it, after it's started playing up lately :/
Re: Installing a Keyless Entry System
that crap wiring diagrams looks like it just feeds a voltage to all the doors to unlock lock
is there a better bigger wiring diagram included
if your not sure id wire it up for you but i think your a bit far away haha
failing that get a auto electrician to do it as you could right mess you car up if you dont know what your doing

Re: Installing a Keyless Entry System
The reason you have 6 wires is so the system can attach to the various types of central locking on different vehicles. The brain will have 2 relays inside with a 'normally closed' (NC) and a 'normally open' (NO) on each.
I drew a quick digram to illustrate...
Basically, you use the NC and NO wires to "feed" the correct signal. i.e. + or - and the COM becomes the output to the central locking motor.
The 340 uses a positive/negative trigger system, which means the signal switches over. So to lock there's positive on one wire and negative on the other, but to unlock there's negative on one wire and positive on the other.
You need to connect both NO wires to a permanent + , and both NC wires to ground. Then the COM wires attach to the motor in the drivers door. The wires should be green and yellow, but they might differ from country to country.

Does the driver door have a motor or does he need to replace that with a normal motor?

I believe there is a motor in the drivers door.. If not then just fit a universal motor and connect the 2 COM wires to it.
