Hit it with a hammer! just kidding. had to pull one out for a guy a few months ago. undo that top screw and any others that look like they may be associated. that rusty one, don't bother. grab a flat head and bend the edges of that little square panel off the bars. Reach down the bars and you'll feel clips. These may come off with the handle out of the car I'm not sure. someone else may be able to help from here.

nah you can leave the rusty one. I found its better to take the 3 screws of the catch out on the side of the door to allow for movement(you'll know what i mean later when you lift the handle out. The screw behind the rusty one in yourpic should come out (it holds the handle in) and the handle should come loose. Its a bastard to get out and in, but you have to slide the handle away from the edge of the door as far as you can then tilt the handle upwards. Its a tight fit but the key is sliding it across as far as you can. Once the handle tilts up and out you'll notice a clip attached the the lever, simply push it out. Ddon't loose the liitle grommet thingy that keeps the clip from sliding out of its hole like i did. Hope this helps

Thanks. Took the central lockin component. Lots more access and quite easy to get in and out
