Hello

I install orginal e-windows to my 360. Works good but, when window is full closed, it stucks to up. Sometimes windows begin work, but when you again raise it full closed, it stucks again. When you press switch to up position, headlights
going dim. :|

Why? How i get windows work good? Motors i restored, so i not think so that problem is not are in motors.

Headlights going dim means its drawing a lot of power. do you mean the window stays up? or the switch stays stuck pushed in?

Yes i mean the windows stay up.

Switches works normaly. And they not stuck.

I think can the problem are in IGN relay or some else relay?

I connect windows wires back to fusebox. There is two wires, positive and negative.

I'm thinking maybe the bolts that hold the window assembly in may be just a little bit wrong. loosen all of them off a fraction and see if that helps.

Hello Customer, you also need to make sure that everything in the mechanism is well-greased including the gearbox for the little electric motor. It means a bit of disassembling but when its done it should work well. Bests, bogbasic.

dimming when you press the switch and the motor stalled is fairly normal. The motor is drawing the right level of power, but is either a bit stuck or the mechanism sticky.

When you say you overhauled the motor what did you do? Was the gearbox bearing worn, and/or freely moving?

New motors and gearbox where availble from GSF the last time I looked, but pricey at £100 each.

I disassembly motors, parts corrosion removed, greased and assembly. Now i wondering, just the bad bushings maybe cause this problem. Sometimes works nice, when you driving and car shakes, windows maybe not work, sometimes works good.

:| Back to the old windows or fabricate new bushings or get new motors :|

Or find a scrap 240 that uses the same motors! There is a minor difference but by a bit of swapping over they are the best cheap way to fix them :D
