I gave up waiting for them to do it.I go down there on my days off and use their chassis jig and do it myself  hopefully my unusual approach to body repairs doesn't fook things up.The trouble weare having is getting the top of the inner wing to have it spot welds to line up.I removed the good panel from the green car and drilled out the damaged one.

What I'm going to do now is work from the outside in.Get all the outer panels and door gaps to sit correctly and then massage the inner wings to fit under it all.

When all is made good I'm going to invest in strut bracing and strengthening where I see fit.

Continue with the Volvo ethos and over engineer areas on the car to be doubly sure.

Yea over-engineering for the win. just like I'm gonna pull my engine mounts out and get a mate to either make stronger ones or drain and fill with the strongest solution gripping agent his work has.

They are staight now though sm4

It was bad but finally you got the insurance and got some real good things.. I had similar problems earlier and the insurance plan saved me..
