Fibreglass Front Wings

Post by morgan105 » 01 Jul 2013 02:57 pm

Just wondering if anyone got around to making fibreglass front wings for the mk3 and producing them on request?

I know there has been talk about fibreglass wings but mainly for the mk2 but not heard much of mk3 ones being made. Is anyone producing them and if so what price?

Yeah, isn't he producing the mk2 ones?

Is there any difference in shape between the mk2 and mk3 ones apart from the side repeater in the mk2's? If not then that's not a problem as the hole could be filled or you could always put in some repeaters if that's what you like.

AFAIK thats the only difference yeah, hat and a little mounting point for the metal bar below the headlights on mk2s.

I have started (nearly finished) prepping wings for moulding, but uni and work have got in the way. After formula student is over I can get cracking on jobs. I have a fair bit I need to do so wont be for a while.
