I have a sensor in the top radiator hose and also one that is located in the radiator end tank, I figure they are coolant sensor's, however I don't understand why there are two? Do they each serve different purpose's?
Thanks in advance, Dan.

Re: Sensor identification
the sensor in the top radiator hose is for the airconditioning
the other one in the end tank of the radiator is not realy a sensor, it's a thermal switch that operates the electric radiator fan

Re: Sensor identification
Cool, thanks. Does the electric fan only work with the air on or should it work without the air? I was trying to wire in another e-fan and it doesn't seem to be switching.
Cheers.
