Instead, the Lord roams Castle Misting Guided Bus route on mystical human-powered contraption with iffy brakes, leading to frequent brown tunic moments.

I agree that From/Of Wagonmaster is not necessarily correct, but Baron Rupert von Wagenmeister has an air of importance and menace about that is quite appealing.
