Easy enough, you can get a 300 facia adaptor to a standard radio and and specific wiring adaptor or if you can solder you get a pig tale ISO connector and solder it to the car.

There should be a Volvo head unit connector, have you any front speakers in the car? Most cars have head units. What is the car exactly, country? Can you provide a photo of the dash?

Should have the connector and wiring though. The connector might have disappeared into the dash, you might need to remove the side panels on the tunnel to recover it. It should be a 9 pin squareish white connector.

There is nothing special about connecting a stereo, you need 4 wires for speakers and 2 for 12V ignition and permanent 12V, you might have lighting aswell but not particularily important if the stereo is on all the time. If you want rear speakers you have to add the wiring.

The ISO connector has all this aswell as few extra bits like phone functions I think, the wires in the ISO connector is usually labelled so not hard to figure out whats what and connect them up.
