I have 2 reading 209569 in bigger letters, S100941-408 in smaller writing, one running 209568, with S100942-407 in smaller writing. Ive been asked about 210686

According to this:

both 407 and 408 Renixes were fitted to 1985 - 1986 360s, but the 407 is for the carb-fed B200K, whereas the 408 is for the injected B200E.
The 411 Renix is for injected B200E/F cars from 1987 on.

I don't know the exact operating differences, I'm afraid! I wouldn't mix the carb/injection versions, or fit an earlier B200E version to a late B200F car with a lambda sensor though.

The differences are mainly igniton maps, down to compression/cam and fuel octane compatibility, but there are some variants with gear change indicator.
Carb/injection fueling technology does not affect ignition but injection models typically have higher power cams, as injection was sold as 'sporty' in those days, even though it has no power benefit.

It may work, but I would not recommend it. Comparing those engines it seems the 407 and 408 are high compression, and gthe 411 is low compression. The advance will be quite different and damaging.
