Problem is that is a structural part of the car....so it won't be allowed in Belgium for sure....

It is only the valance, I thought the structural part was in the front panel?

I think all of a monocoque that is welded is structural, but bolted on parts help with crashing and protection too.

And the valance in fiberglass fits under the bumper? Or in structure (body) car?
