I think its a bit too extreme for me, but I have sprayed my surround body coloured (not that you'd notice, due to the colour!)

I think it's just a special decoration + bodykit, the engine is the same.

There are two ways....
1) Ghetto style (I think you might choose this one...!)
Spray can....£20 to do all four?
2) Refurb. They straighten / decorrode / smooth the rim, then usually dip coat, although some shoddy places just spray them. Costs £50 a corner, but you get 'as new' rims!

The grill has been sprayed silver by the 17yr old i bought it off (first car syndrome..). This is the car with the bad running problems due to suspected air leak at base of carb.
