• Ive got a problem:-)

Hi all, Ive got a problem.In winter, when my front left door was frozen, I broke my handle(Idont know if its the right word) - you can see it here ...

So I dismantled front left door and what I saw?No screws, just rivets(again I dont know if its the right word) - It mean I cannt change the handle - So how can I fix it??Thanx much

If there is no screws, you will have to drill out the rivets! Make sure that the replacement door handle you get takes screws!

The problem was resolvet!! My father got out the handle, so we can repair it, but there will be problem to get it back:-)))

Those handles are notorious for breaking. Nice bit of quality Volvo design! I think my car has probably had 5 or 6 throughout its lifespan. One in particular lasted only 18 months. Pathetic!
